My name is Jennifer but for about fifteen years I have been known as Zi on the internet. It came from an old sign-in name I had on neopets way back when I first started role-playing. I am twenty four, two times over because that is the age I chose to be stuck at. I live in the south but I've been all over the world (military kid). I got my first college degree in criminal justice with a minor is psychology because I wanted to be a criminal profiler. When I got into the career field, turns out you cannot be a profiler straight out of college so I went back to school to get my pre-reqs for veterinary school. Only I decided another six years of school was way to much so I opted for nursing school. Plus I became convinced that nurses were going to be indispensable in the event of a zombie apocalypse.
Started rping when i was twelve on Neopets and I admit I mostly stuck to DRoP rps. In the last few years I had gotten away from any serious rping and more into writing where I could control everything. My real passion, aside from writing, is horse racing. I am an avid historian of the sport and I currently admin a SIM racing site that has been around for four years. Horses are a big passion of mine as are dogs. I love to go deer hunting when I can, just getting into turkey hunting so we will see how that goes. I LOVE deep sea fishing, first time out was two years ago and I was literally hooked.

I love to read and ya'll are awesome because Game of Thrones rules. The Hunger Games were great, so was the Maze Runner and Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I am really in love with Mercedes Lackey (Heralds of Valdemar), as well as Anne McCaffrey, obviously. I prefer Anne Rice and Laurell K. Hamilton over Stephanie Meyer and have recently discovered Brent Weeks as an author.
I love medical dramas; ER is a big favorite, as is Grey's Anatomy, and HawthoRNe. Crime dramas are another genre I love; Blue Bloods and Criminal Minds. Dexter owns my very heart and has yet to let it go. And I am a sci-fi nut; Star Trek, Star Wars, Stargate and Battlestar Galactica are big favorites. And if Dexter owns my heart, the Walking Dead own my soul.
I have two miniature schnauzers Nemesis and Nyx, my camo cat Gizmo and two ferrets Blue and Jinx. I would have more animals if I could but then I would not be able to take care of them due to school.
